Hyatt House BWI Airport / Baltimore

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathmat in the shower was a nice touch. A hand held shower wand would have been nice. Unfortunately we only had 1 breakfast and it was not very good. Hot food was cool and the coffee was undrinkable. I wish I could have compared several breakfasts to see if it was just a one off.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Everything was lovely. The room, the cleanliness, the staff, the quietness, the location to the airport and the FREE parking! The entire hotel is modern. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast or visit the bar but my stay was a pleasure! Hyatt House BWI will get my business whenever I’m in town.

Stayed in Room 605 – 4-Night Stay Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated getting the high-floor room I requested. I said thank you, but oddly, they didn’t thank me back — not a big deal, just something I noticed. As a Discoverist member, I was happy that both early check-in and late checkout were honored without any hassle. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I suspect the AC turns off when the room is vacant, but it cools the room quickly once you’re back. There were some small imperfections on the quilt, but nothing that ruined the experience. Breakfast was better than expected. While the core options were the same daily, I liked that they rotated the main item — French toast, waffles, pancakes — enough to keep it interesting. Coffee was average, a bit better than some 7/11s, but nothing to rave about. The biggest downside was the noise. On the first night, the guests next door were partying and laughing loudly from around midnight until 4:30 a.m., which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The second night was similar, with loud singing starting around midnight. Thankfully, the third and fourth nights were peaceful (though I’ll admit, some vodka may have helped me sleep better!). Overall, a good stay with some highlights, especially in terms of loyalty perks and breakfast variety. Just wish noise control had been better on those first two nights.

Our stay at Hyatt House BWI airport was very relaxing and perfect. Location is perfect and away from the city traffic & just about 10 mins drive from the Live! Maryland Casino/Shopping Complex. Breakfast was decent & the rooms were pretty spacious. There are couple of EV chargers on the campus.

Traveling with family and service dog. We were given a very large suite with full kitchen + island and two TVs. Very clean and comfortable altho my wife felt sheets and pillows she expected from our many past Hyatt stays. Altho the website indicated a lounge and pub-style foor service, food was not available either of the two nights we were there. We tried ordering for delivery from flyers we were given at the desk but either restaurants did not answer or said we would have to pick up, and we finally opted for a close by McDonalds. So, nice hotel, fairly inexpensive, close to airport, good but not great.

Had a phenomenal experience here! We got stuck in Baltimore after the lovely blizzard, and every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind. The room was nice and we had a nice time staying here, built in smart tv was a plus! Complimentary breakfast was decent, and a nice selection of purchasable snacks! Only complaints on room was water pressure in the shower sucked, and our key cards both lost access for whatever reason. Didn’t bother to fix them since one of us was always in the room, but would have been easy to should we have decided to. Great experience overall, and again, phenomenal staff!! 10/10 would be stuck here during a blizzard again.

For this being an airport hotel, I am very impressed. The aesthetic is nice, guest services are well-mannered, parking is easy, breakfast is good quality with decent choices, and the elevators run efficiently. The only thing I’d desire additionally is maybe a pool.

Very comfortable stay near BWI… great free shuttle to/from airport and they will drop you at the nearest light rail station too (Sam the driver is fantastic!)… clean rooms, good service. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Recommend!
